Father of the Groom
Jason grew up in western Pennsylvania and married his college sweetheart in 1994. Christian was born just as Jason was getting out of the Army and into a career designing training as a government contractor, and three more children followed after moving to Virginia in 1996. Jason's favorite topics include the Pittsburgh Steelers, 80's nostalgia, and how kids entertain and age their parents.
Mother of the Groom
Leah, the mother of the groom, is a life long nurse and nursing instructor. She has imparted her love of all things medical into Christian. "I am thrilled to have been able to watch Christian grow into the man he is today, and feeling blessed that he has found a wonderful woman who matches him so well. Congratulations to you both!"
Father of the Bride
Emad, father of the bride, taught Areeje everything she knows about life and is where she got her love of cars. His hard work ethic and family values inspire her on a daily basis to be the best person she can be. He's excited for the new step in Areeje and Christian's life.
Mother of the Bride
Amanda, mother of the bride, contributed to Areeje's love and appreciation of the outdoors. She encouraged Areeje to wait for her Prince Charming. She taught Areeje that patience and kindness would ensure success in finding the perfect soul mate for her special spirit. She counseled her to wait for someone equally special who would complement her nature and share in their joyous journey ahead. She's so happy Areeje and Christian found each other and waits in anticipation for the wedding, and of course the fruits of the happy union.
Bridesmaid
Abby is known for her sense of humor and her love for squeaky plastic chickens. She is very excited to see her big brother get married and to gain a sister!
Groomsman
Owen, brother of the groom, has been on Christian’s best man short list for years. Some of his favorite things include gaming, hanging out with his friends, and having his brother write his bio for him. We are so excited that he agreed to this role, and look forward to his eloquent speech at the reception. That is all.
Bridesmaid
Rebecca, sister of the groom, is the second of our two bridesmaids. She enjoys scary things, classical jazz, reading, and guinea pigs. She’s been an ardent supporter, our biggest cheerleader for years now, and we’re so happy she agreed to stand with us on our wedding day.
