It all started with a swipe... We met on Tinder, and honestly, Shane didn’t think Christiana was real at first. He thought it was too good to be true. But then we matched, and there was an instant spark. Our first date was bowling. It had ended up becoming a constant go to in our relationship. Neither of us expected anything serious at first. Looking back, it’s funny. Even though neither of us thought it would turn into something serious, we were both secretly hoping for it. We just didn’t know it until it happened. It took four months for us to even start dating because we both wanted to take it slow. But over time, we realized how much we had in common... our goals, values, and beliefs just clicked. It felt like we’d known each other forever. It felt comfortable and natural. There’s something special about being able to talk to someone about literally anything. We both consider each other our best friends, we just make each other better. We love spontaneous adventures, whether it’s hiking, traveling, or playing airsoft, but we’re also homebodies who enjoy a cozy night in with food and a movie. This year has been huge for us... buying our first house together and taking a completely spontaneous trip to Italy. And, to be honest, doing all of this would have scared both of us a year ago. The idea of taking that leap, moving in together, traveling the world, or even just making big life decisions would feel overwhelming. But with the right person, the puzzle pieces just seem to fall into place. It feels like things have worked out exactly how they were meant to, and now we can’t imagine life any other way.
