Our venue will be providing several hand sanitizing stations and is operating under heightened sanitation standards. Food service will be a plated and served to you. In addition to this, we will be providing masks, as well as a way to indicate your level of comfort in being in closer contact with others. Other accommodations may be in place depending on the latest state guidelines and regulations; please check back here (and make sure to share your email address with us) for more information and announcements as we get closer to the wedding date.
We will be reaching out to individuals who RSVP to discuss their COVID vaccine status. We ask that everyone who attends be fully vaccinated (aside from children who are not yet eligible); that means that it has been two weeks since you have had the last dose of the vaccine. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please reach out to us at GiambroneWedding@gmail.com. If you expect a circumstance (i.e. medical reason) in which you would not be vaccinated by the wedding date, please discuss with us. Please keep timing in mind as well; the Pfizer vaccine requires a 21 day interval between the first and second dose and the Moderna vaccine requires an interval of 28 days between the two doses. For the CDC’s guidance for vaccinated people, view this page: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/fully-vaccinated-guidance.html
Like with the vaccines, we will be reaching out to individuals who RSVP to discuss this. We highly encourage everyone to be tested before attending. We will also be watching state guidelines closely and making modifications based on those; please make sure to share your email address with us when you RSVP so that we can update you directly. We ask that you please use your best judgement when it comes to attending. We love you all and your safety and comfort is important to us. We will understand if you are unable to attend in person, but would love for you to join us through our livestreaming option.

We will be livestreaming the wedding ceremony and portions of the reception through EventLive. This will not require you to create an account or download an app. The link to our livestream is: evt.live/christinakelly02/chris-and-len-s-wedding
We are keeping our guest count well below the current state guidelines. We will be watching these guidelines closely and, if necessary, will send out downsizing notices and providing the link for our livestreaming option. While we would like to avoid doing this, everyone's safety comes first.
Our ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. Our cocktail hour and reception will be indoors, but our guest count will be far below room capacity (the reception space holds up to 400 guests and we will be closer to 50-75). We do understand concerns about indoor dining, but are taking steps to make this as safe as possible for everyone. To learn more about what our venue is doing to help keep people safer, please watch this video: https://youtu.be/1HDWleOSgw8
We completely understand concerns about the indoor reception, we are doing everything we can to make the event as safe as possible for everyone in attendance, including keeping headcount very low. Due to our ceremony and reception being held at the same venue, our venue does not allow for people to attend just one or the other; you would be included in the headcount regardless. For this reason, we would ask that you join us through our livestreaming option instead.
When you RSVP using this site, if it says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
In an effort to keep headcount down to below the current COVID guidelines, we are asking that only out-of-state guests bring their children. If you live in New England and are having difficulties finding someone to watch your children for the evening, please contact us and we will try to help.
Yes, please! We would love for everyone to share photos with us and, aside from emailing them to us, there's two ways we would love for you to do this. Our preference would be for everyone to use a free app called "The Guest." This will allow you to automatically share with us. You can access it through the event link, in.veri.com/to/chrislen2021 or you can download the app and use the event code CHRISLEN2021. Alternatively, you can share on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook using the hashtag #ChrisHeartsLen.
The venue does allow smoking outdoors. They request that smoking, including the use of a vape, is restricted to outdoor areas that are at least 15 feet from any doorway or window. Additionally, while recreational cannabis is permitted in MA, it is not NH. We ask that you please do not use cannabis (including edibles) at the event venue.
