Shuttle

Shuttle to and from the Main Hotel to the Venue

August 15, 2020 3:45 pm - 11:30 pm

A shuttle pick guests up from the SpringHill Suites Marriott at 3:45 PM and take you to the venue in time for the ceremony. The shuttle will periodically make trips back and forth from the hotel to the venue throughout the night. The last shuttle will leave at 11:30 PM to take you back to the hotel block. If you are staying at another hotel, you can arrange your own uber or lyft from the hotel to your destination. Note that ubers and lyfts are inconsistent and often unavailable directly from the venue.

Uber, Lyft, and other ride-share Programs

If you prefer not to rent a car, take advantage of mobile applications on your smartphone, where you can sign up for ride-share services. Ridesharing from Dulles Airport to the venue may be pricey, so utilize hotel shuttles if available. However, ridesharing services from your accommodations to the wedding venue may be more convenient if you need a ride on-demand. Note: Ubers are not as reliable going from the venue to your accommodations.

Flight

Dulles International Airport (IAD)

This is the closest airport for frequent, direct flights into Loudoun County, Virginia. The drive from the airport to Round Hill, Virginia is about 35 minutes (without traffic). The drive from Dulles to Leesburg is about 30 minutes. Click "view" to see flights to Dulles Airport during our dates.

Train

Amtrak

For those traveling across the eastern seaboard, Amtrak may be a good option. The closest stops to the venue are the Washington, D.C. and Manassas stops.
