Are you monitoring COVID-19 developments and planning accordingly?

Answer

Absolutely. The health and safety of ourselves, our family, and our friends is paramount. We are monitoring developments closely and will follow state mandates. If, unfortunately, we are required to change plans in any way we will reach out to you. You can also find any updates here on our website. If you or yours feel uncomfortable attending because of COVID-19 concerns, we completely understand. We would be love to celebrate with you in a smaller setting, like over dinner, facetime, or any other way you feel more comfortable with. What precautions will be taken to promote health and safety at the wedding?

Answer

We will have surgical masks available at the wedding that you can wear throughout the event if you choose. Dinner will be served by staff to limit contact guests have with utensils. The staff will be wearing gloves. There will be hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue indoors and outdoors. Staff will be sanitizing commonly touched surfaces every hour. Tables will be spaced six feet apart. All chairs and tables will be sanitized prior to the event. All staff will be required to assure that they have not exhibited any symptoms or come in contact with a person with a positive COVID result within 14 days of the event.

In rural Northwestern Virginia. Specifically in the western part of Loudoun County, about 25 minutes from Leesburg, VA and about 40 minutes from Dulles Airport.

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue very close to where the ceremony and reception are taking place.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We wish we could accommodate any and all of our friends and family, and those loved by our friends and family. However, the venue can only accommodate a certain number of people safely and comfortably. Your invitation specifies exactly how many seats are reserved for you! If we reserved a seat for a guest for you, your invitation will indicate that.

Are kids welcome?

Your invitation indicates exactly how many seats we reserved for you and your family. We love kids and are not limiting our wedding to adults only.

No, the entire event is at one location.
