We are all about comfort and whatnot, but we do ask that you look nice. That can be a variety of things, and we leave that up to you. I will note: If you come semi-formal, you may be a tad overdressed. If you come in jeans, you may be a tad underdressed... but we would welcome you either way.
This is not just in general, but for those who have special diet restrictions. We are working with our caterer to have at least something if you are gluten-free or dairy-free.
As much joy as kids bring to life, this is one event where, due to size and space, we are limiting that amount of joy. We are asking that you make this a fun date or night out, minus children. There are a couple of exceptions to that which include any babies a year or younger*, and kids of immediate family and the bridal party. *If they get fussy during the ceremony there is a lobby area right outside the reception where you can go with them.
For a large variety of reasons, this will be a dry event!
The first dance, the father/daughter dance, and the mother/son will be shortly after dinner. The rest of the dancing will be near the end of the reception.
The Bride and Groom hope to head out around 8/8:30 pm, you're welcome to party until 9 pm.
Yes! We have a lot of friends and family who are unable to make it to our special day! The ceremony will be live-streamed on Kayla's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Kaylers21) You can also find the event page for it here: https://fb.me/26bclwZocbmF9pD We're also trying to post it to Youtube, more details to follow.
