Chris and Kat first met in 2006 attending the same middle school, although, their friendship didn’t blossom for another six years. During their senior year of high school, they each built close relationships hanging out within the same circle of friends. One day, a planned group hangout dwindled down to their first opportunity hanging out alone together. After this first movie hangout, the two continued spending time together everyday for the remainder of that school year. As a fun reminder to their anniversary, the two made themselves official on a leap year date.
