What's the schedule for the weekend?

We are currently working on a detailed schedule for the wedding weekend. We'll send a follow up email / text when the events are finalized.

RSVPs will be done through our website once we finalize the event schedule. We'll keep you posted!

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be at Big Bs / Delicious Orchards, just outside of Paonia. Unless there is significant rain, we will be outside.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

We're still in planning stages. Generally, we're aiming for a mid/late morning ceremony, followed by a harvest feast and harvest party through the day. We'll be wrapping up in the early evening.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Please bring the littles - they belong with all of us (especially during ceremony!).

What's the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is Colorado dressy casual. Please wear clothes that are appropriate for being outside, in the grass, and in the spirit of ceremony and celebration. Layers are wise - the morning can be chilly, and the afternoon warm. We're not in the business of predicting the weather, but generally early October here is very comfortable (mornings in the 50s, afternoons in the 70s).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Unfortunately, no. You will need to drive / carpool to the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

We know the effort and energy it takes to get to Paonia is significant. If you can't make it here for the wedding we understand! Just let us know :)
