The ceremony and reception will be held at Dancing Bear Lodge, in the Event Lawn and Landing. Cabin accommodations are blocked under "HERNANDEZ - ROGERS WEDDING" until Feburary 21st. You MUST call to book your reservation in order to get the discounted rates. After February 21st, any cabins that have not been reserved are open to the public and the discounted rates will no longer apply. Accommodation options and group rates are as follows - 》Evergreen Duplex starts at $255 per night 》Modern Villas range from $275 - $295 per night 》Deluxe Studio Style Cabins start at $325 per night 》Luxury Studio Style Cabins start at $345 per night 》Loft Cabins start at $365 per night All cabin reservations include free parking on-site, free bicycle rentals during your stay, and continental breakfast. 10% discounts apply to military, Triple A members, and AARP members. Please note: There is a two-night minimum stay required for all reservations. All rooms are priced according to two guests, even if the cabin says it sleeps four. Each additional guest is $15.

This hotel is located in Pigeon Forge with a lot of attractions and things to do nearby. It is about a 35-minute commute to the wedding venue. Hotel accommodations are blocked under "HERNANDEZ - ROGERS WEDDING" until August 6th (while availability lasts). Reservations may be made by calling the hotel directly OR by clicking on "VIEW" below which will take you directly to the reservation site and special group rates. This hotel is conveniently located just outside the wedding venue for those interested in a shorter commute and less expensive option. We do not have a block of rooms reserved for this resort, however, more information can be found on their website.
