What airport do we fly into?

Answer

MEX - Mexico City International Airport. You may also come across NLU and TLC, those are not recommended since they are not in the city and the shuttle will NOT be available.

Is the accommodation close to the ceremony location?

Yes, all guests will be staying inside the Hacienda.

How do we get to the Hacienda?

Answer

Our wedding planners will be organizing the transportation to and from the hacienda. Please email both your outbound and return flight itinerary (airline, flight number, arrival time) to our wedding planners at services@champagne-events.com.mx and they will provide you with the appropriate details regarding pick up time and location at the Mexico City airport (MEX) and departure time from the hacienda for your trip back.

What type of rooms are available?

Answer

Every single room at the Hacienda is different. There are Standard, Deluxe, Jr Suite, and Suites available. Some of the rooms are big enough for a family of 4, you may review your options when emailing the Hacienda at reservashvh@haciendavistahermosa.com.mx (make sure you do .com.mx) You may also visit the website at https://www.haciendavistahermosa.com.mx/en/ . If you try to book online you might see that there are no rooms available, that is because we have blocked the rooms. Once you email and mention our wedding you can book your desired room with our wedding rate. IRONING: The rooms DO NOT have irons. The Hacienda can iron or steam any articles of clothing for you at a cost. The price list will be hanging in your closet. Contact reception and they will send a person to your room to pick up your clothes and then when you are back in your room later in the day you can call to have them to drop it back off.

Are there any other accommodation options other than the Hacienda?

To spend 3 days with our friends and families in the Hacienda will make this wedding unforgettable. We have partnered with the venue to ensure our guests receive the best offer for their stays. There are no accommodations available within 30 min of the Hacienda.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We have Friday night welcome party that is Evening Semi-Formal. The Wedding Ceremony will have a formal attire requirement. Please wear comfortable shoes or thick heels, the Hacienda is paved with cobblestones.

Does Uber work in Mexico?

Answer

Uber - the Uber app works in Mexico exactly as it does in the United States. Expected cost to Uber from Mexico City Airport to Hotel Hacienda Vista Hermosa is $100 USD for a 4 passenger car (make sure you use the full name as there is a second Vista Hermosa and we want to make sure you arrive as planned) UberXL is also an option for those traveling in groups of 4-6, an UberXL costs $140 USD We DO NOT recommend this as there will be a shuttle!
