Transportation To/From The Wedding

While there is parking at the Millar's home (the venue), we encourage you all to use the complimentary shuttle we booked to make sure you are able to celebrate with us safely as Ubers and Lyfts are limited in Sedona at night. The shuttle will not take you back to Cottonwood, but just the Sedona area so keep that in mind when choosing the place to stay (options below). TO GET TO THE CEREMONY ON TIME: Please get to the Bashas parking lot by 4pm. Aim to get there at 3:50pm in case there is traffic. There will be two white coach buses taking guests to the ceremony and the last one will leave promptly at 4:10pm. If you are with a group of people, we recommend carpooling to the parking lot so you can have someone else's car take you back to your car in the morning. Bashas Address: 160 Coffee Pot Dr, Sedona, AZ 86336 TO GET HOME AFTER THE CEREMONY: The shuttle will have 4 drop off times for guests starting at 9pm. The other times are 10pm, 11pm, and 12pm. As mentioned on our schedule, the music will turn off at 10pm due to Sedona's noise regulations. However, we encourage everyone to stay after that if they would like to as we plan to still be celebrating until midnight (when the last shuttle leaves). The shuttle will drop you off at your airbnb or hotel in Sedona; however, please indicate this location on your RSVP so the shuttle service can make sure their bus can fit on the road to your destination. You can pick up your car from Bashas the next day.

House Or Rental

Airbnb or VRBO

When looking for a place on Airbnb or VRBO, we recommend you search in the WEST SEDONA area as it is closer to the venue and you don't have to deal with much traffic. Sedona is a small town but a popular place to travel and the further into town you go, there will be a lot of traffic that can become unpredictable and take a long time to get through. We don't recommend you stay in Uptown or the Village of Oak Creek area for this reason.
