Things To Do

We can’t wait to welcome you to one of our favorite places. Colonial Williamsburg is one of the most toured cities in the country. Here are a list of our top shops, eateries, and activities.

Duke of Gloucester Street

W Duke of Gloucester Street, Williamsburg, VA 23185

Duke of Gloucester street is in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg and offers so many things to do and enjoy. Restaurants like DOG Street Pub, Barretts Seafood, and The Cheese Shop are all great options for a bite to eat. Aimee’s personal favorite is the Wythe Candy and Gourmet Shop - she grew up going there with her grandparents (Nana and Poppy Becker) and always got the “make your own” bag of Jelly Belly Jelly Beans (Chris says these are gross but we know there are jelly bean lovers out there!).

The College of William and Mary

We are both alumni of the college and have experienced great memories here. Campus is great for a scenic walk. Be sure to check out the famous “Crim Dell” bridge on campus! But, be warned! Legend has it that if you walk across the bridge while holding the hand of someone else- you will be lifelong friends, walk across the bridge and kiss the one you love - you will be together forever, but if you walk the bridge alone - you will never find love. Choose wisely and have fun!

Paul’s Deli

Paul’s Deli or College Deli is a staple on campus. Enjoy their inexpensive drinks and the best cheese fries you will ever order!
