Welcome Party

7:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

We would like to welcome all of our guests into town to kick off our wedding weekend. There will be a few light bites in addition to a selection of beer and seltzers. Parking will be limited due to an event at the Alumni House on Friday night. Upon parking, please proceed to enter through gate 5, situated between sections 115 and 116. Walk across the field and continue to the bleachers, which will lead you to the suites. For those requiring elevator assistance, the entrance through gate 1 is recommended. This gate is conveniently located near the rear of the Sadler Center and adjacent to section 108. We can’t wait to see you!

Ceremony and Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Dark suits and cocktail dresses.

All guests are welcome to park at the Zable Stadium parking lot directly across from the venue.
