We’ve rented two beautiful homes right next to each other from September 15th to 19th—one for each side of the family—so we can all be close while enjoying plenty of space to relax. With scenic backyards perfect for the little ones to run and play, these homes will be our cozy home base for the week! As an added bonus, the homes are located within a country club, which means we all have access to incredible amenities, including a pool, restaurants, bars, golfing, horseback riding, a spa, and more. A Relaxed Day in Kenmare ☕🛍️✨

After all the excitement of arriving to Kenmare, Tuesday is all about settling in, relaxing, and exploring the charm of Kenmare! We’ll be waking up slow, enjoying a peaceful morning at Sheen Falls Country Club, and taking the day at a leisurely pace. Kenmare’s charming downtown is just five minutes away, and we’d love to spend the day strolling through shops, stopping by bakeries, picking up souvenirs, and simply soaking in the magic of this Irish town. There’s no set schedule—just a casual day to explore, sip coffee, and ease into the week. 🚗 Getting Around: If a few of us have rental cars, we can carpool into town. Ubers or local taxis are also an option if needed! Feel free to do your own thing or join in—we’ll play the day by ear! After a long day of travel, this is the perfect way to unwind, take in the Irish scenery, and enjoy some time together before the wedding. No plans, no pressure—just good company and good vibes! ☘️✨

Mens & Women's Adventure Day

We're planning a day of fun, relaxation, and a little adventure—separately, but together! Think of it as a lighthearted twist on a bachelor and bachelorette party, giving everyone a chance to enjoy themselves before the big day. To make sure both groups can fully enjoy their activities, we’ll be splitting the day—while one group is out having fun, the other will stay back to keep an eye on the kids, and then we’ll swap! 💙 Men’s Activities – Possible options include fishing, skeet shooting, or something adventurous outdoors. 💛 Women’s Activities – A relaxing morning or afternoon of horseback riding or a spa day, followed by a lovely high tea. We’ll finalize the details as we get closer, but rest assured—it’s going to be a memorable day for everyone! Stay tuned for more info. ✨

Wedding Morning – Getting Ready for the Big Day!

The morning of the wedding will be relaxed, joyful, and filled with excitement as we get ready to say “I do” in the stunning Irish countryside! Our photographer will arrive at the homes to capture all the special moments leading up to the ceremony—Chloé will be getting ready in one home and Pat in the other. You’re welcome to get ready in your own room at your own pace, but if you’d like to pop in to see the bride or groom before the festivities begin, feel free! Once we’re all dressed and ready, Chloe and Pat will have their first look at the house before we caravan together to the ceremony location. 🚨 Heads up! The ceremony will be outdoors, so be sure to dress accordingly—comfortable shoes and layers are key. More details will be shared in the Ceremony section.
