When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as you know if you will be able to attend! For guest count for food and place settings, if you can RSVP by August 26th, 2026 that would be awesome! Feel free to reach out to let us know if you aren't sure if you can RSVP by then.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, Cocktail attire. We want to you feel comfortable and like yourself, but please no jeans or t-shirts! - Bring a jacket, considering the time of year, something that can keep you warm and also dry. - We are planning a colorful day! Our colors are a sage green, muted raspberry, dusty blue, pale orange, lavender. You are welcome to dress in this color palette but this is not required. If you have appropriate cocktail attire you do not need to purchase something new for our wedding! - The ground may be uneven and grassy outside, please wear shoes you can walk safely in and can dance in! If you need support on the grass, let us know - we don't want any sprained ankles!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love kids, and there will be some at our wedding! Due to venue capacity - we sadly could not invite them all. If your child is listed on the RSVP, they are welcome to come. Please text whomever you are closer with, Jamsion (541-647-4600) or Chloe (425-345-6513) if you have questions or concerns!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If you can bring a date they will be included on your RSVP. Please reach out approximately 1 month before the wedding, if you are not listed with a +1, at this time we may be able to add additional +1 if others have RSVP'd no!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive between 2:30 pm and ceremony start time of 3:30 pm. We will have light non-alcoholic beverages before the ceremony. If you arrive before this time, feel free to text XXX-XXX-XXXX and XXXX will come meet you. Alternatively, check out Fort Casey State Park, Robert Y. Pratt Preserve at Ebey's Landing, or the very cute Downtown Coupeville!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please let us know if you have a serious food allergy! There may be some limits to what we are able to provide, but there will be enough food safe for those with gluten allergy, nut allergy, shellfish allergy. There will be a vegan/vegetarian option available upon special request. Please get these requests to us as soon as you RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there will be clearly marked parking in the field towards the right when you enter into the venue. Please text XXX-XXX-XXXX if you have concerns or questions, or need additional assistance to walk safely into the venue. We will have a few spots up front saved for those with mobility difficulties. Please let us know if you would like a spot saved.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
No, on the Island rideshare options are limited. Please drive or have transportation coordinated prior.
