We’re getting married!

We met at Whitworth University our Freshman year, when exactly - who's to say. We were meeting lots of new people then! Freshman year everyone is trying to find their people - Jamison lived on the other side of the dorm from me (Chloe) and our groups didn't overlap initially. Jamison started hanging out with my friends more - and then we needed an extra car and driver for a holiday trip to Leavenworth - we recruited Jamison! We became friends and maybe started crushing a little... After the holidays, we started hanging out more, and Rohini asked me out for Jamison to go to a movie (that I had just seen, but it was a good one!) and then went on a PNW roadtrip over Jan-Term break - I didn't want to DTR (define the relationship) before the roadtrip, because it could make it awkward. We were adventuring together from before we were even together officially. Once we were back from the trip, it still took a little while, but I agreed to being Jamison's girlfriend! Throughout college - we skiied together, camped together, I convinced Jamison to like hiking, and continued to go on many adventures! Most notably - **** We did a year of long-ish distance when I graduated and moved home to work for a gap year, which became more so time apart, due to the pandemic. We had FaceTime dates where we did virtual escape rooms and played games. I got into PT school at Eastern, so I returned to Spokane and Jamison looked for a job there after graduation. Throughout grad school (during a pandemic) - Jamison supported not only me but my housemates through a crazy time! After PT school graduation, and moving to Seattle area, Jamison and I went to Europe! We went to Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and London! This was such a cool trip, I wish we could do it again! Then, we moved over to Western Washington, I have had such a fun time showing Jamison the beauty I grew up around! We continue to ski, hike, camp, and adventure when we are not working. In October, 2025, after a busy summer that always bleeds into the fall - Jamison took me on a fall date day. I am a sucker for pretty fall leaves. After a few shifts in plans, and a spontaneous trip to IKEA, Jamison took me to Washington Park Arboretum where he proposed in front pretty fall trees. My brothers took some photos, we called our family, and then we headed to Nathan and Elly's for a surprise (for me) engagement party! Since then we have enjoyed planning our next adventures (wedding, honeymoon, married life) and we cannot wait to celebrate with our favorite people at the end of September!
