Transportation will be provided from the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel to the Marina and back. Parking at Pier 61 Marina is at least $55.00. Parking in the surrounding areas is limited and also expensive. In addition, you will need to pay tolls to access New York City and likely pay toll roads to drive in New Jersey.
