COVID-19

Answer

With the rising concerns with COVID-19, our main concern is the health and safety of our loved ones. With that said, we have decided to postpone our wedding date to June 5, 2021. New RSVP cards will be sent out next year.

What do I do with my original 2020 hotel reservation?

Answer

All reservations made under the original 2020 wedding block have been automatically cancelled. After June 4th you will need to call back and re-book under the 2021 wedding block. If you did NOT book under the wedding block, you still need to call and manually cancel. Sorry for any inconvenience guys!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There will be free reserved parking across the street from the venue. Security will be there with a list, so just give them your name, and you should be set!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, however please refer to your formal invite. Each invite will give specifics as to who we are prepared to host for.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1st, 2021

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, the Crofoot is fully ADA compliant!

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

This can be arranged, please make note of this in your RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

There will be a shuttle bus that does scheduled pick up/drop offs to the ceremony and back to the hotel. We will provide more detailed timelines as we get closer to the event. Also, if the shuttle is missed the hotel is a reasonable Uber ride to the venue!
