Basecamp Tahoe South
Just for reference, this is where most people will be staying.
Action Watersports at Lakeside Marina
The closest watersports rental to Basecamp Hotel is Action Watersports (a 5 minute walk). They rent everything for the water, including kayaks, SUP’s, wave runners, boats, or parasail rides.
Lakeside Beach
Basecamp Hotel provides access to Lakeside Beach.
Nevada Beach Campground
Trip hikes the trails from Round Hill to Nevada State Beach almost every day. A good starting point is the trailhead at 193 Kahle Street. There’s ample parking, but it is also less than a mile from Basecamp. It’s 1.4 miles to Nevada State Beach (all flat), but you can hike a much longer loop if you choose.
South Tahoe Beer Trail
If you want to “hike,” but still want more refreshments, try out the Tahoe Beer Trail.
