We're getting married!

We met in Charleston, SC through our friends from work. The first day we met was when we went to Folly Beach, SC with our group of friends, and I could not stop laughing and smiling around Ben. Going to 10th Street on Folly Beach every Sunday to see everyone, relax, and have a good time became our “Folly Fundays”. Unfortunately, over the years Ben and I grew apart but still remained good friends. A few years later fate brought us back together and it was like we didn't even skip a beat. Folly Funday was brought back, Ben still made me laugh just as much as before, and I could not stop smiling around him. Even though we were a few years older now, we still had so much fun together. After a few months of talking, Ben asked me to date him. I was head over heels for him and of course said yes. I fell more in love with him every day. We became inseparable, and our love for each other grew so much that we had our first son, Christopher in July 2023

The month of November is a very special month to Ben and I, and Thanksgiving is an even more special holiday. Thanksgiving 2022 was when we announced that we were pregnant to our families and forever is a day we hold close to our hearts. On 11/23/2023, Ben continued the Thanksgiving celebrations and proposed!
