Groom
Kevin is very thankful to be marrying Stephanie, who has brightened his life, challenged his assumptions, and helped him learn how to be a better emotional communicator. Kevin is the kindest human, a great Marine, and a loyal friend. He asks the guests to be ready to drink some good wine and dance the night away (because that'll help him get Stephanie on the dance floor!).
Bride
Stephanie is a loving, caring, and intelligent woman who is happy to share the altar with Kevin. Kevin has kept her sane, kept her smiling, and become an integral part of the family (she's pretty sure her parents would choose him over her!). She is really excited to see all of her friends and family coming from around the world to celebrate her marriage to Kevin. She asks the guests to be ready to dance the night away (because she can't dance)!
Best Man
Brad and Kevin met at Temecula Middle School. They both played the trumpet in middle school and then competed on the same tennis team in high school. After sharing a dorm room at Azusa Pacific University, they remained friends by playing golf, tennis, and bonding over military lingo. Today, Brad is a loving husband, father, friend, and skilled businessman. On the weekends, he takes on the role of leader, officer, and US Soldier.
Maid of Honor
Colleen is Kevin's younger sister and Stephanie's new sister. Today, Colleen lives in Monterey, California and works for a California State Senator where she helps Californians navigate bureaucracy, interfaces with the public, and represents the Senator within the community. She and Stephanie have bonded over saving the world, saving the oceans, and saving the bees! She is a loving sister and proud owner of a new Toyota RAV4.
Officiant
Mark watched Stephanie grow up to become a beautiful young woman over the past two decades and is thrilled to share this moment with all of you. He met Kevin at a restaurant in downtown San Francisco where he tasked Kevin with choosing a bottle of wine for the table (Mark is a wino and Kevin knew he had to impress). Thankfully, everyone enjoyed the bottle Kevin chose. The two continue to adventure (i.e. drink wine and watch the Warriors) together, most recently having a blast at a six-hour craft cocktail-making class. When Mark isn't marrying young couples, he is a Vice President of Salesforce, board member for a non-profit charity serving the San Francisco Bay Area, and a loving husband to Karen.
Bridesmaid
Kevin and Stephanie are grateful for the friend and confidant Rachel has been to them (always, but especially so during the wedding-planning process). Rachel is Stephanie's first American friend -- they met when they were four. The best thing about Rachel is that she puts her friends' happiness above her own. She has been integral during the wedding planning process: she found the venue (while Kevin and Stephanie were studying for the Bar), is an avid pinner to Stephanie and her shared Pinterest board (Cheers to the Courtneys!), has created comprehensive checklists (4 pages complete with timeframes), and is responsible for the evening's music (please someone ask her to rap to Eminem). Kevin and Stephanie secretly refer to her as Boss Lady!
