For any early arrivals in town on Friday evening – we'll be grabbing a beer at one of our favorite Asheville breweries, Burial Beer Co! Walking distance from the hotels so drop your bags and come kick off the weekend with us. Potential to migrate nearby to the Funkatorium later in the evening. Everyone is welcome to come and go as you please. *Note: This is not an official event, we'd love to see you but zero pressure to join!

Rendezvous Along the River

1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Get some food truck tacos (or hit up nearby Baby Bull for bomb smash burgers) and hang out on along the French River with us! In addition to beers, Zillicoah also offers wine, cider, seltzers, and kombuchas + lawn games. Not far from the River Arts District and the delicious pleb urban winery via Uber or car. Swing by as your schedule allows! *Note: This is not an official event, we'd love to see you but zero pressure to join!

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

4:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Cocktail / Formal Attire

Guests can begin arriving at 3:30pm to the rooftop for the ceremony. The event center at Highland Brewing Company is to the left of the brewery and taproom. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on the roof – with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the background and the sixth largest solar panel array of any US craft brewery hidden just out of sight! A very Sunday Funday reception will be held downstairs inside the event center. Transportation Details: We've arranged for buses to pick up at the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:15pm and at the AC Marriott at 3:30pm for transportation to Highland Brewing. Buses will depart at 9:30pm and 10:30pm back to the hotels + after party.
