Look in the mail to receive your formal invitations in February 2027!
Please RSVP by April 10, 2027. While we hope you can join us, we kindly ask that you respond either way so we can have an accurate headcount.
After formal invitations are sent out, you will have the ability to RSVP using our wedding website or by sending the card back with your selections.
We chose Sunday, May 30th, as it falls on Memorial Day weekend. With many guests having the next day off, we thought it would be a relaxed and convenient time for everyone to celebrate together.
The ceremony and reception are both taking place at the Omni Bedford Springs Resort. Part of our wedding package includes free valet parking for all wedding guests, whether you are staying at the hotel or not. Just bring a few dollars for a tip!
Our wedding will be a 21+ only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy a fun evening together. Thank you so much for understanding.
Our wedding ceremony and reception will both take place at the Omni Bedford Springs Resort, and we have secured a discounted room block there for guests who would like to stay on-site with us. To get a discounted rate, you must book through this link: https://bookings.omnihotels.com/offer/bedford-springs/check-henry-wrb We understand that the resort may not fit everyone’s budget, so convenient alternatives are the Hampton Inn Bedford (4 miles away) or the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Bedford (4.5 miles away). There are no room blocks at these hotels so guests looking to stay here will book on the normal public website. Whether you choose to stay at the resort with us or at a nearby hotel, we’re simply excited to celebrate together and can’t wait to see you! For guests staying at the Omni: If you have more than two people staying in your room, we recommend only putting two guests on your reservation and saying two when you check in. The hotel charges an additional fee for rooms booked with more than two occupants, and we'd hate for anyone to pay an unnecessary costs for the same room.
Please wear cocktail or semi-formal attire to match the setting and celebration. Floral dresses are also acceptable. We kindly ask guests to refrain from casual clothing such as jeans, t-shirts, shorts, polos, or athletic wear. We also respectfully ask guests to avoid wearing white, ivory, cream, or other off-white shades.
We would love to celebrate with everyone, but due to space limitations we’re only able to include the guests listed on each invitation. If an additional seat has been reserved for you, it will be indicated on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! We are in the process of putting the finishing touches on our registry and will add the links here soon. Because we already own a home filled with many of the things we need, we've carefully selected a small registry of items we'd truly love and use. f you'd like to honor us with a gift, we would be so grateful if you would choose something from our registry or consider a monetary gift to help us build our future together. If you choose to give a check, we kindly ask that it be made payable to either the bride or the groom individually. Most of all, we're simply grateful to celebrate this special day with you!
Our ceremony will be completely screen-free for our guests. We ask that all phones, cameras, and devices remain turned off and put away for the duration of the ceremony. We have professional photographers and videographers capturing these moments, and we want everyone to be fully present while also ensuring our ceremony photos are free of screens and devices. After the ceremony, during the cocktail hour and reception, you’re more than welcome to use your phone as normal, take photos, and share in the fun!
Yes, please note this on the website when it's time to RSVP, or note it on your RSVP card before sending back.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be held indoors. We recommend bringing sunglasses and dressing comfortably for the season. If you choose to wear heels, we recommend avoiding stilleto style, as they will sink into the ground.

Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) – about 2 hours / ~123 miles from Bedford. This is our recommendation due to distance and availability of flights. Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) – about 2–2.5 hours / ~133 miles from Bedford Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) – about 2.5 hours / ~143 miles away. Smaller Regional Airport: Altoona-Blair County Airport (AOO) – ~30 minutes away but has limited availability of flights The most convenient way to get from the above airports to the venue would be to rent a car from your preferred vendor. Ubers and Lyfts could be available but will be more costly than car rental and are not guarenteed.
After the wedding party’s rehearsal dinner, we’ll be gathering informally at the lobby bar around 8:00 PM. Anyone is welcome to join us but please note that food and beverages are for individual purchase. We do not have any scheduled gatherings or events on Monday. Breakfast is available for purchase at the Crystal Room restaurant at the Omni Bedford Springs, or guests are welcome to dine wherever they prefer.
The Omni Bedford Springs Resort has plenty to enjoy including golf, spa services, indoor and outdoor pools, historical tours, hiking trails, ATV riding, and scenic grounds. It’s a great place to relax before or after the wedding during your Memorial Day Weekend! View the venue website for a full list of activities or contact the Activity Coordinators at (814) 624-5633.
