For guests that are arriving at the hotel the evening before the wedding, feel free to come hang out with us for drinks and conversation! Just a heads up that food and drinks will be self-pay.

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Floral dresses are also acceptable. The grass can be soft, we recommend avoiding stiletto heels.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the Spa Lawn. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors to Constitution Hall. We recommend checking the forecast before the wedding weekend so you can dress comfortably for the weather. We kindly ask that this be an unplugged ceremony—please refrain from using phones or cameras during this time.
Cocktail HourCocktail Hour
4:45 pm - 5:45 pm
This will take place inside Constitution Hall and on the outdoor veranda. Guests can enjoy an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, and a photo booth while the wedding party takes photos.
ReceptionReception
5:45 pm - 11:00 pm
Dinner will be served, followed by cake and a traditional Pittsburgh cookie table, with dancing to continue the celebration. While the reception will conclude at 11:00 PM in accordance with hotel guidelines, guests are welcome to continue the evening at the lobby or restaurant bar afterward.
