When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 30th. You can RSVP right here on our website or send it in the mail using the return envelope included with your invitation. Don't forget to send us a recipe for our guest book as well!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttle service will be provided from both the Comfort Suites and Homewood Suites hotels in Leesburg to Silverbrook Farm. Buses will depart each hotel at 3pm to shuttle guests to the venue. Shuttle service will also be provided to both the Comfort Suites and Homewood Suites hotels after the conclusion of the reception. Buses will arrive at the venue at 10:15pm for a 10:30pm departure to the hotels in Leesburg.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is located at the back of the venue for those that choose to drive. You will see a small, circular sign for Silverbrook Farm before you turn in from the main road.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are driving instead of taking one of the provided shuttles, please plan to arrive between 3:30pm and 3:45pm as the ceremony will begin at 4pm. We'll have some refreshments available - as well as live music courtesy of Drew's guitar teacher - prior to the ceremony and you can take in the beautiful views from the farm while you wait!
