No later than 5:15pm you’ll want to be heading to your seat! If there is a problem at the gate you will want extra time to get it solved so you don't miss the ceremony.
Because our guests are staying all over Rhode Island for this occasion there is no shuttle service to the ceremony, we do apologize. Additionally, cars are NOT allowed to be left on base over night. Please consider having a designated driver for your group or, an Uber/Lyft/Taxi set up for the night of transportation if you plan to drink! Finally, Uber/Lyft drivers etc. will NOT be allowed through the gate, they will have to drop you off there and then it’s a quick 3-4 minute walk over to the officers club, just ask the gate guard to point you in the right direction, you can’t miss it! Thank you!
Yes, there is a parking lot next to the ceremony site you will be directed to. You will NOT be allowed to leave cars on base though, so please uber if you plan on drinking!
If you have a plus one it will pop up underneath your name in the RSVP section. If you do not, we apologize, we did the best to accommodate as many plus ones as we could! We know you'll still have a blast with us though!
Please let us know if you have a food allergy! The food being served at our wedding is station style and has a variety of options that should accommodate everyone, but we will talk to the caterer if we need to!
We love all your children, but this is an adult's only ceremony and reception. There are a few exceptions for close family and children in the wedding party! Thank you for understanding!
Yes! Please dress in formal attire! For the gentlemen, please consider dress pants and a shirt with a tie/ sports jacket or a suit if you wish! For women, please consider long or knee-length dresses, jumpsuits, or dress pants and a nice shirt. We also encourage guests, ( if you want this is just for fun! ) to pick a dress or shirt that is a shade of blue, light blue, navy, or gold! We think it would be fun when the photographer is taking pictures, if everyone, all sort of matched the colors of our wedding! This is optional, if you can’t find something in that specific colorway don’t stress about it!
You can RSVP as soon as you want since our RSVP’s are all being done online. But, please do so by June 30th so we can hand the list of attendees to the base!
