The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. All guests are invited to stay for the full celebration: ceremony (4:00), cocktail hour (5:00–6:00), dinner (6:00–7:00), and reception (7:00–10:00). If you know in advance that you'll be joining us for part but not all of the festivities, please let us know in your RSVP so we can plan food and beverages accordingly!
Our celebration will be dressy casual. For women, think casual dresses or skirts. For men, dress pants or nice jeans with a button-up work great. Since we're in the Utah high desert and temperatures drop quickly in the evening, we recommend bringing layers to stay warm. Also, keep in mind the venue is fully outdoors, so choose footwear that's comfortable for uneven ground.
Yes, children are welcome! We just ask that parents keep an eye on them during the ceremony and special moments like our first dance to avoid distractions. We want everyone to enjoy the celebration while honoring these meaningful parts of the day.
While we'll have Arlo and Ruby present (the bride and groom's dog and our best friends' dog), the venue charges per pet and we want to keep things manageable. We ask that you leave your furry friends at home for this one.
Please refer to your invitation to see if a plus-one was included. That said, if your invite didn't include a plus-one, it's entirely possible this was an oversight on our part! If you'd like to bring someone, just reach out and let us know so we can plan ahead!
Please reach out to us in advance if you have specific dietary restrictions we should know about. The wedding dinner will be a Mediterranean buffet-style meal, so you can pick and choose what works for you. Vegetarian options will be available.
Complimentary beverages will be provided. Please note the venue has a strict no outside alcohol policy, so we ask that you don't bring your own.
The wedding will be fully outdoors. In late May, Boulder typically has temperate weather with daytime temperatures in the 70s–80s°F, dropping to the 50s°F in the evening. We recommend bringing layers and sunscreen, and be prepared for the possibility of an afternoon breeze or brief shower.
No transportation will be provided to or from the venue. If you're flying in, you'll need to rent a car or arrange transportation with others making the trip down.
Because on-site lodging is limited, we've reserved the venue accommodations for immediate family and the wedding party. If you haven't received a specific invitation to stay on the property, please see our Travel & Lodging page for recommended towns and camping options nearby!
Boulder, UT is the closest town, offering cozy boutique lodging and quick access to the wedding site. It is about 15 minutes from the venue.
Yes! If you're comfortable camping, there are beautiful spots nearby including the Burr Trail, Deer Creek, and Dixie National Forest. On-site camping may also be available if you're interested, however, this is tent camping only. The venue does not allow car camping in the parking lot or trailers beyond the three specific trailer sites, which are all already reserved. If you'd like to camp on-site, please reach out to us to confirm availability!
Yes! We've set up cash funds for our European honeymoon and experiences as newlyweds, along with a few traditional registry items. You can find everything on our Registry page!
Please RSVP by January 1, 2026, so we can finalize everything with our venue and caterer.
There is no cell service at the venue, but WiFi will be available. We recommend downloading directions ahead of time or planning your route before you lose service.
Yes! We'll have a photographer and will share an album once we get the photos back. We're not having a formally unplugged ceremony, so feel free to take photos throughout the celebration.
