Sky Harbor in Phoenix is going to be the major airport and with numerous flight options from across the country. Rental Cars and shuttle services are available. Flagstaff is about a 2 hr 20 min drive from Phoenix. Connections to Flagstaff airport may also be available.

Flagstaff Pullman Airport
The Flagstaff airport is a smaller, regional airport with a more limited selection of flight options, though connections through Phoenix may be available. Rental Cars are available. Uber/rideshare options also available. The Flagstaff airport will put you about 15 min away from anywhere you may need to go in the area.

We have arranged ROOM BLOCKS at this hotel with a discounted rate for our guests ($169 per night for stays 8/28 - 8/30; book for 1 or 2 nights; king or double queen rooms). Reservations are first come first so we highly recommend booking sooner than later! We will have a shuttle running to and from this hotel and the venue for the wedding/reception.

Little America Hotel
For a slightly elevated stay, this is a charming hotel and just under a 15 min drive to the wedding/reception venue. Please note, we will NOT have any shuttle services running to/from this hotel.
House Or Rental
The Aspen
This is where we will be having our WELCOME COCKTAILS and FAREWELL BRUNCH. We have both units (3453 S Walapai Dr is the second one). Parking: there is a long drive to the east side of the houses with a turn-around at the end. Vehicles will need to parallel park to one side of the drive to allow others to come and go. Parking is limited, please carpool or rideshare if possible.
Shuttle
Shuttle from Hotel & VRBO House to Ceremony
August 29, 2025 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm
A shuttle will be running from the Courtyard Hotel (and family rental house) to the wedding/reception venue. Pick Up - Rental House: 3:00pm; Hotel: 3:30pm. Towards the end of the evening, the shuttle will be running again from 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
