We’re so excited for your to visit Flagstaff. It’s a beautiful place to get out and explore! Here are a few activities to enjoy while you are here.

Walnut Canyon National Monument

3 Walnut Canyon Road, Flagstaff, AZ 86004

Remarkable Rocks and Ancient Cliff Dwellings along the canyons rim. A must see if you have the time! There is an entrance fee per vehicle (or National Parks Pass). Visitor center and walk to cliff dwelling free of charge. Short loop walk around the dwelling but there are a good number of stairs.

Downtown Flagstaff

6 East Aspen Avenue, Flagstaff, AZ 86001

Enjoy the charm of downtown Flagstaff with breweries, restaurants, coffee/bakeries, shopping, and much more. Don’t miss the Bright Side Bookshop or Crystal Magic on San Francisco St. There is on Street Parking or the Heritage Garage (address above).

Lowell Observatory

1400 West Mars Hill Road, Flagstaff, AZ 86001

Top rated Science Museum, theatre, and stargazing. Great for the kids. Beautiful view of Flagstaff and NAU at the lookout before you enter.

Flagstaff Extreme Adventure Course

2446 Fort Tuthill Loop, Flagstaff, AZ 86005

Adventure course, zip lines amongst the trees! Great for older kids and adults who want to get out and challenge themselves. Reservations recommended.

Walk, Bike, Hike

Go for a walk at Buffalo Park. Rent bikes and hit the streets or the mountain. Download the Alltrails app and find a popular hike - there are many beautiful options!
