Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner the better! Please RSVP no later than August 8th.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

While gifts are not necessary, we have set up a registry through Zola, which can be accessed from the “Registry” tab on our wedding website. Gifts/contributions can be made directly from the site.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You can arrive at the venue as early as 3:30 pm. Ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We would like everyone to be dressed up but not overly formal. Cocktail Attire is ideal, including: cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, button up shirts and slacks (jackets optional).

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our recommended hotel is the Courtyard Marriott, Flagstaff. We will have a shuttle running to and from the ceremony/reception as parking at the venue will be limited and we want our guests to safely enjoy themselves!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available but will be limited. As an alternative, we will be providing shuttle services to and from the Courtyard hotel (and family rental house).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttle services from the Courtyard hotel to the ceremony/reception and back to the hotel in the evening.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! The evening before the wedding we will be hosting a Welcome Cocktail event and the day after the wedding we will be hosting a Farewell Brunch. All guest are invited to attend. Please see the “Schedule” section of our website for details.
