Cocktail dinner (small plates, charcuterie board, carving station) and an open bar will be provided on the hotel rooftop overlooking the city.

Bus Transportation to-and-from the Wedding Venue

3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Please let us know if you plan to utilize our provided bus transportation to-and-from the venue via the RSVP link.

Pick-up at Kimpton Hotel Monaco (3:00-3:15pm), drop-off at to Shady Elms (4:00pm) Pick-up at Shady Elms (9:45-10:00pm), drop-off at Kimpton Hotel Monaco (10:45pm)

Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Garden Party Formal: Elegant attire for an outdoor garden setting; cocktail or long dresses with heels or flats for women, and a suit or dress slacks with a dress shirt and jacket for men.

The ceremony will be outdoors on grass. Please plan footwear accordingly. The reception will be indoors.
