British and U.S. citizens can obtain an extendable 30-day visa on arrival (VOA) in Indonesia for 500,000 Indonesian rupiah (21 GBP / 35 USD). You can also apply for a visa at least a week before you leave on the Indonesian immigration website. You will need a passport with at least 6 months of validity, and departure date with a return or onward flight booking. https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/

Yes! The RSVP for the wedding reception includes a section in which you can add dietary requirements.

How can I get from Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) to Borobudur?

Answer

The 1-2 hour journey is a popular one for international and domestic tourists. You can expect to pay $40 - 50 (USD) for an individual journey in a private vehicle, with prices dropping significantly for shared trips. It is worth consulting your hotel in case they also assist with transfers.

At which hotel is the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place at Plataran Borobudur Resort and Spa. The nearby Plataran Heritage Borobudur is offering accommodation, but will not host the wedding.
