Shuttle To & From the Venue

A shuttle will be running ONCE before the ceremony at 3:15pm and then will be running back from the venue twice (9pm & 10:30pm). Pick up will be at Depot Park in Downtown Whitefish.

Camping at the Venue

For those of you camping, here are some details! Camping is $30/night (pay by cash or check). Camping is right by the Flathead river on-site of our venue. It is right by the owners house so be a little careful of not getting too rowdy 😉 you will be able to use the restroom inside the venue - you can enter through the side of the barn. You can set up whenever, but the earliest is 10am on Friday and can leave latest by 10am on Monday. If you have any other questions, feel free to text Charlie or Kalina.

Stumptown Inn of Whitefish/Apres Inn

This is one of two hotel blocks we have secured in Whitefish, MT. The room is $200/night with a 2 night min from September 9-11. Also, they just rebranded to be the Apres.

Baymont by Wyndham Whitefish

This is another hotel that has a room block! We have ten rooms available for $193/night with a 1-night minimum. Call 406-862-4020 to ensure you receive the special rate. It is under the Wickham/Pritchard wedding. These rooms will be cancelled 60 days prior to the wedding so book sooner rather than later!

Super 8 by Wyndham Kalispell Glacier National Park

For folks looking for a cheaper option, this might work! There is no room block but it should be available this weekend. This is closer to the venue but we will not be having a shuttle to and from this location so you will need to plan your own transportation.

For folks looking for a higher end stay, the Firebrand is the perfect spot! It is right downtown and would make for a great experience.
