Is there a dress code?

Answer

No real dress code. Dressy Casual!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome, however we want everyone to have a great time so if a babysitter is in the equation, we would love to have you all to ourselves!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking for the ceremony & reception site but we will also be offering a shuttle from Whitefish to the reception and back.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are happy to be able to offer a shuttle from the Depot Park in Downtown Whitefish to Diamond B Weddings. The shuttle will run ONCE before the ceremony at 3:15pm and will run twice at the end of the night back to Whitefish.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let either Kalina or Charlie know if you have a food allergy and we will make sure to let our caterer know.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony by 4:30pm. The earlier the better! We will have beer & wine available for those who arrive early.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block at Stumptown Inn, and the Baymont by Wyndham in Whitefish, MT! We would also recommend looking into AirBnB's in Whitefish. Things book up quickly so please book it whenever you are able!
