How should guests dress?

Answer

Cocktail attire with a relaxed, outdoor feel. We’ll be on grass with a bonfire and dancing, so opt for comfortable shoes (flats, boots, or wedges) and consider bringing a layer for the evening.

Where is the wedding, and is there anything we should know about footwear?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be on Charlie’s parents’ property - a charming country house with lawns and tented areas. Much of the event will be on grass and some areas may be uneven. We recommend wedges, block heels, or flats for comfort; stilettos aren’t ideal. The venue is roughly 15 minutes from our hotel.

Is transportation provided between the hotel and venue?

Answer

We are arranging transportation back to the hotel and will post finalized details (pickup/drop-off times and locations) here once confirmed. The venue is about a 15-minute drive from the hotel.

What time should we arrive?

Please aim to arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony start of 4pm.

Yes - there will be onsite parking.

Will the ceremony be indoors if it rains?
