Hike in the Wissahickon

11:00 am - 12:30 pm

If you're arriving early, join us for a relaxed morning walk through one of Philadelphia's most beautiful natural spaces. Led by Matron of Honor Sarah, we'll meet at the Valley Green Inn and stroll along Forbidden Drive, a wide, relatively flat trail that follows Wissahickon Creek through Wissahickon Valley Park. Along the way, we'll pass historic stone buildings and and maybe the covered bridge while taking in the beauty of this Northwest Philadelphia gem. October is one of the most spectacular times of year in the Wissahickon, with colorful fall foliage and crisp autumn air. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather. Family and friends of all ages are welcome!

Wedding and Reception

4:00 pm - 9:30 pm

We love any excuse to celebrate, and we hope you'll use this one to wear something that makes you feel good. Come ready for a wedding celebration—with great company, lots of photos, and plenty of dancing. Above all, we want you to feel comfortable, joyful, and ready to have fun.

Please plan to arrive around 4:00 p.m. We'd love to have everyone settled in before the ceremony begins, giving you time to grab a drink, find your seat, and enjoy the space. 4:00–4:30 p.m. Guest Arrival 4:30–5:15 p.m. Ceremony in the Photography Studio 5:15–6:00 p.m. Cocktail Hour & Hors d'Oeuvres in the Kitchen 6:00 p.m. Buffet Dinner, Toasts & Dancing in the Main Hall The celebration continues until the band plays its final song! Dinner will be served buffet-style with a variety of options to accommodate a range of dietary preferences and needs. If you have a severe food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know when you RSVP. Children are warmly welcome at our wedding. We’ll have a dedicated kids’ room during the celebration, with someone on hand to help keep them entertained and having fun.
