Lacey has been my little sister for 22 years. Lacey is at UNCG studying to become a Sign Language Interpreter. Lacey is a bubbly and genuine person. She was the baby that I held, the sister that I cheered for and the friend now that I’ll have for a lifetime. I can’t imagine this day without her by my side. 🤟

Best friend would be an understatement for this girl. She’s not only my best friend, but she’s my older sister and the ying to my yang. She’d do anything for me and makes me laugh like no other person on this planet. No one will ever quite understand the complex relationship we have- I would not trade her for the world.

Brittany has been my friend for several years. She’s an awesome person to be around and is the life of any party. Brittany is the reason I met Michael. It was at her wedding that I met the love of my life. For that, I will be forever grateful.

Richard is one of Mike’s oldest friends. Mike was also the best man at Richard’s wedding. They had some great times together in high school on both the football and wrestling teams. They also had fun working together in the construction industry. Richard is straight-forward and has always been there for Mike.

Brian is one of Mike’s best friends. Mike was Brian’s best man at his wedding. Charity and Mike met at Brian and Brittany’s wedding. Mike and Brian have a lot of fun memories playing pool together in the basement of Brian’s house growing up. They still enjoy playing pool and watching NASCAR together. Brian has always been a dependable and loyal friend to Mike.

Justin and Mike have known each other since high school. He has a great sense of humor and keeps everyone laughing. They have had some great times together growing up. There was never a dull moment! Justin has always been a great friend.

Ricky and Mike go back to their freshman year. They have enjoyed camping together and even lived together when Mike first moved out. It was at a party with Ricky that Mike first met Homie. They have remained friends over the years and have created fun memories together.

Homie is one of Mike's oldest friends. Mike and Homie have had some great times hanging out. Homie is one of the most funniest people to be around. He'll make anyone laugh. They have had a lot of memorable times together over the years. Homie has always been a loyal friend.

Chloe is Charity’s niece. She will be a junior bridesmaid/flower girl in the wedding. She is the baby that made me an aunt for the first time. She is 10 years old and in the 4th grade. She is a smart and sassy girl. Love her to pieces! She is very special to me and I’m so grateful she will be there on my big day!

Caydan is Michael’s niece. Caydan is a bright, beautiful girl who is full of life! She is a precious gift to our family. We are so happy she will be there for our wedding.

Gaia is Charity’s niece. She is a year and a half. She is the daughter of Caleb and Niki Hilton. Gaia will probably steal the show with her good looks and intelligence. So happy to have her be a part of our big day!

Lana is Charity’s mother. She is married to Wallace Clark. Her children also include Christina, Caleb, Charles and Lacey. My mom has been my go-to person for my wedding planning. She’s so wise and I am so appreciative of her guidance in my life. My mother is one of my best friends and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she has done for me throughout my 35 years on this planet. She is precious to me.

Don’t let that beard fool you. My dad is as kind and as thoughtful as it gets. Gene Hilton is Charity ‘s dad and is married to Linda Hilton. My dad has been incredibly supportive of my marriage to Michael and still treats me like his little girl. He has helped me tremendously in the process of our wedding. I’m so grateful he gets to walk me down the aisle. Love you so much Dad!

Wanda is Michael’s mother and married to Curtis Heath. Wanda is a kind and devoted mother. She is also a loving grandmother. We are beyond blessed to have her in our lives. Wanda and Curtis have raised Michael to be a very hard working, loving and kind man.

Curtis is married to Wanda and father to Michael. Curtis is the type of man that would give the shirt off his back to anyone. He is outgoing and fun. He always makes sure everyone is having a great time and is taken care of. Michael is proud to call him his father!

LJ is Michael’s cousin’s adorable son. LJ is Mike’s little buddy. LJ is sure to steal everyone’s hearts with his adorable looks. Watch out ladies! We are so grateful he fit us into his schedule. ❤️

Wallace is Charity’s stepdad. He has played a vital role in my life throughout my childhood. We have always shared interests in education and football. He is both a teacher and the Head football coach at Heritage High School in Wake Forest, NC. He has always been very loving towards my mother and has set a great model of a caring relationship.

Bradley is Michael’s brother. Brad works side by side Mike in his construction business. Brad is a kind-hearted person who do anything for someone in need.

Evan is Michael’s brother-in-law. Evan served his country in the United States Army. We are proud of his service. Evan has a unique sense of humor and makes everyone laugh. Caydan, one of our flower girls is his daughter.

Caleb is Charity’s younger brother. Caleb served in the United States Army. We are so proud of his service. Caleb is married to Niki. Their daughter, Gaia is our flower girl. Caleb is a character. His outlandish sense of humor will surely make an appearance at our wedding.

Henry is Charity’s step-brother. Charity watched a Henry grow up from a baby to a hard-working college student. Henry is a smart, quick-witted funny person. We are grateful for his presence at our big day.
Rebecca & Melvin

Melvin has been one of Mike’s greatest friends over the years. He is not only Mike’s neighbor, but has been like a second father to him. As one of Mike’s role models, Melvin has taught Mike a tremendous amount about carpentry, but also about life. He was always willing to shoot it straight with Mike and give him guidance. Becky is Melvin’s sweetheart. Becky not only makes sure that Melvin is taken care of, but she always makes sure Mike’s belly is full. Becky is a lady of both class and experience. Her wisdom is something to be respected and to abide by.
