FAQs

The Wedding Website of Chardonnay Stephenson and Quincy Graham
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event(s) as soon as possible. We ask that everyone RSVP by April 15th, 2026, the latest. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "no" and we will not be able to make any exceptions.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should arrive at 5:00 PM. This allows enough time to work with valet and enjoy welcome refreshments, followed by seating for the ceremony. Please note that once the ceremony begins, late entry will not be permitted.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have a plus one, it will be attached to your name when you RSVP electronically! If you were not allotted a plus one, please respect our wishes of keeping the wedding small and intimate. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, dress to impress! Our wedding attire is formal. Ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length gowns in elegant shades of pink, with pink floral dresses also welcome. Gentlemen should opt for formal black tuxedos or suits, with black-tie attire optional. For additional details and style guidance, please visit our "What to Wear" page.

Question

Are there colors that I should avoid?

Answer

We kindly invite our guests to complement our wedding's elegant color palette by wearing pink and romantic floral hues. As a traditional courtesy, we ask that you avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream, as these colors are traditionally reserved for the bride. For more guidance on wedding guest attire, please visit our "What to Wear" page.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be beautifully hosted at the Refinery venue within Perona Farms. The entire celebration will unfold in one location, allowing for seamless transitions and eliminating any travel between venues. Weather permitting, both the ceremony and cocktail hour may include outdoor elements.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be onsite! There will be parking attendants to direct cars where to park and valet services.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! If you plan on drinking, please make sure to arrange a safe ride home. Your safety means the world to us. We're also open to organizing transportation to and from the hotel where we've reserved room blocks, if there's enough interest. If that’s something you'd like to take advantage of, please let us know!

Question

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

The venue is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
