Our love story began at Livingston Mall. Quincy worked at Lids and Chardonnay at Aeropostale. One day, Quincy strolled by Aeropostale and spotted Chardonnay. So naturally, he tried to flirt… by asking how much something cost in the store. Chardonnay, unimpressed, responded with, “The price is on the tag.” And just like that… Quincy thought, “Yup, that’s the one.” Fast forward a year later — fate stepped in. We randomly ran into each other at the mall again, and this time Quincy didn’t need a price check to start a real conversation. We exchanged numbers, started talking, and the rest, as they say, is history. 🖤

Being a football family, it was only right that Quincy proposed on Super Bowl Sunday. He invited all our closest friends over for what I thought was just a watch party. But before kickoff, I was led out to our patio, which he had secretly decorated with a beautiful proposal setup — lights, flowers, the whole thing. That’s where he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.
