This section will help everyone navigate travel successfully with minimal stress. This information will be especially helpful for our first-time international travelers. Everyone should have applied for their passports at this point in order to receive them in a timely manner before June. If you have not submitted your passport application, please do so ASAP.
First things first, secure your passports and always keep them in a safe place; you CAN NOT travel to or from Mexico without them. Once in Cabo, you will gather your bags and proceed to customs. If you checked a bag, you will retrieve your luggage once through customs. You will then proceed to ground transportation and look for a representative from "Terramar DMC". The representative will ask for your shuttle voucher which will be sent to you by the travel agent prior to departure, so keep an eye out for that voucher. From there you will be taken to Breathless Resort where you will check-in and be directed to your suite.

This will serve as your shuttle from the airport to the resort. Once at the resort you will schedule your return shuttle with the same company as directed by the hotel concierge. A voucher will be required for both shuttle rides.
