Our first of two medical brigades (December 2016) to Honduras where we worked with Honduran and American physicians to provide care to rural patients and distribute medication.

Mike's graduation from Rosalind Franklin in May 2022. A few weeks later he'd move to Kalamazoo, Michigan to begin his five-year general surgery residency at Western Michigan University!

Olivia's graduation from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in May 2024. After graduating, Olivia would move-in with Mike in Kalamazoo and begin her three-year pediatrics residency!

Mike took this photo immediately after proposing on September 17, 2024 while on a walk at Spring Valley Lake in Kalamazoo. Fun fact, Olivia cried so much she almost forgot to say "yes!" 💍

Mike turned 30 in November 2025! And to celebrate, Olivia baked him the ugliest cake possible. It was supposed to be a turtle...
