We're so excited to share that dinner will be catered by Burnt Bean Co., recently ranked the #1 BBQ joint in Texas by Texas Monthly and honored with a Michelin Guide Gourmand. Guests will enjoy their signature oak-smoked brisket, turkey, and house-made sausages, along with fun favorites like Hot Cheeto Queso Mac, Bacon Ranch Taters and Cowboy Beans. It's Texas barbecue at its very best, and we can't wait to celebrate with you around the table!
For dessert, we'll be serving the famous whiskey cake from the restaurant Whiskey Cake. This rich toffee torte, topped with bourbon-spiked toffee sauce, whipped cream, and candied pecans is their signature dish and true Texas favorite. This was one of our first experiences dining in Texas and from the moment we tried it, we knew we wanted it at our wedding. We can't wait to end the evening on a sweet note by sharing it with all of you!
We'll be celebrating with a full open bar, so grab a drink and raise a glass! In addition, we've chosen a couple of specialty cocktails that mean a little something to us as a couple. Cheers!
Our ceremony will be held in an indoor/outdoor chapel. Cocktail hour will be outdoors and we will migrate to the enclosed reception hall to dance away the rest of the evening. Please know that all parts of the day will be within walking distance of one another.
