Welcome Event

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Event attire: Pants, slacks, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, sun dresses, and sandals.

Please join us for a welcome party at Hacienda Del Rio as we kick off our wedding weekend. The celebration will be held outdoors and features a paid bar, tunes, and all our favorite people.

Wedding

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Guests should be seated by 4:00 PM in an effort to begin the ceremony on time. You are welcome to arrive starting at 3:30 PM. The venue has available parking in a gravel lot past the entrance and a short path which connects you to the chapel.

Event attire: Cocktail attire with a playful, garden-inspired twist. We'd love for guests to blend semi-formal polish with colorful, lively flair. Dresses or jumpsuits in bold colors florals or fun patterns are perfect. Gentlemen can lean toward lighter or brighter suits with pops of personality in ties or accessories. Think chic, vibrant, and celebratory!

Brunch & Tubing

10:00 am - 10:00 pm

We'd like to invite those who have later flights to join us for brunch. Food and coffee will be served from 10:00 AM to noon. We will spend the morning at The Chapel at Gruene and go tubing in the early afternoon. Transportation for tubing will arrive at 1:00 PM. The same transportation will bring us back at 4:30 PM where we will keep the party going. Pizza and drinks provided by the newlyweds! If you are not down for tubing, we would love to see you once we return to the venue! Feel free to explore the town or choose your own adventure in the meantime.
