Maid of Honor
My sister, best friend and confidant since the very beginning. I am so grateful to have been allotted such a funny, fearless and supportive person to always be at my side. Though we have certainly drove each other crazy periodically, she has always been my first call when I am happy, sad or anywhere in between. I couldn’t imagine this day without her. -Hoboken, NJ
Bridesmaid
Emily and I have also been together from the very beginning. As a self proclaimed Rapp sister we were inseparable from infancy. As children with wild imaginations, we adopted a few identities along the way (princesses, animorphs, sorceresses etc) but these days I’m lucky enough to just call her one of my best friends (plus she has too many embarrassing pictures). -Santa Fe, NM
Bridesmaid
Erica and I met at the Kindergarden bus stop and I haven’t been without her since. Though objectively we could not be more different, she has taught me the value of always being yourself and having someone who loves and supports you unconditionally. Also, her wedding was my first time being a bridesmaid (2016!). -Fleetwood, PA
Bridesmaid
Steph and I met at Navy Officer Development School in 2014 (bonding over our inability to shine shoes or walk in step). No matter the distance or continent, she’s been my most honest sounding board (whether I want to hear it or not), my adventure partner and my purple grape. -Pensacola, FL
Bridesmaid
Erika was my first California friend and eventual quarantine roommate (if you can survive lockdown together, I think you’ll be friends forever). She may make you do burpees on vacation and get mad when you borrow her clothes but she is one of the most loyal and caring people I know. -Durham, NC
Bridesmaid
Friends who deploy together, suffer together and stay together (especially when you’re stuck in a desert). Anna will climb any mountain with you (figuratively and literally). She reminds me to be compassionate, kind and fearless. She was also my first domestic partner with the adoption of our cat BB! -San Diego, CA
Bridesmaid
Lauren’s spirit cannot be contained (nor can her hair). The first night I met her, we had a casual dinner in San Diego, that ended with her on stage singing karaoke to a very large crowd. She is the most selfless person I know (and also the most protective as Nick can attest). Congratulate her on finishing a 9 month deployment and separating from the Navy! -Location Unknown
Officiant
The most outgoing and well-spoken of all the Gfellers, Sister Golden Hair was a shoo-in to officiate the most special day of our lives. Despite the nine years that separate us, we have the deepest talks and tightest bond. She might even try to convince you that she is more protective of her older brothers than we are of her! -Steinsel, Luxembourg
Best Man
The kindest Gfeller you will ever meet and definitely Mom's favorite, Bran has been by my side ever since I asked Granny if Mom could return him shortly after meeting him in the hospital. Despite being my younger brother, B has been a role model in so many ways. -Missoula, MT
Best Man
The most entertaining, driven, and purely athletic of all the Gfellers, Keith hates exercise, but loves to stir the pot. He's the hardest working farmer I know and his mischievous sense of humor makes every family gathering devolve into hilarity...usually at Mom's expense. -Steptoe, WA
Groomsman
Matty and I were the quiet guys of 15th company that managed to fly under the radar during Plebe Summer at the Naval Academy. Thankfully we ended up as roommates and spent the following years playing Call of Duty Zombies and sharing many feelings over late night cigar chats. -Fredericksburg, VA
Groomsman
Tyler can be credited with getting me through flight school but our friendship began senior year at Navy where we decided to forgo most social interaction to spend all of our time building a racecar together for our capstone project. From the Smoky Mountains to Hawaii, we've been hiking buddies and engineering nerds ever since. -San Diego, CA
Groomsman
Ricky knew we were going to be friends the moment he saw a miniature toy tractor decorating my desk at USNA and he wasn't wrong! A secret slum-dog millionaire, Rick can talk the legs off a table while making everyone in the room feel like a million bucks. -Coronado, CA
Groomsman
The most loyal and protective of all my friends, Jose was the first on I told when Cerise and I met! He taught me how to have fun in flight school and has put up with me babbling about garbanzo beans and 3D printers ever since. -Coronado, CA
Groomsman
Stovall, more commonly known as Marty Huggins or Party Marty lives off of Celsius energy drinks and GeeDunk glizzies. He's the only guy I know that can fly a V-22 drive a drive a bankout wagon better than me. If Marty's around, you're sure to have a good time! -San Diego, CA
