Friends who deploy together, suffer together and stay together (especially when you’re stuck in a desert). Anna will climb any mountain with you (figuratively and literally). Lauren’s spirit cannot be contained (nor can her hair). The first night I met her, we had a casual dinner in San Diego, that ended with her on stage singing karaoke to a very large crowd.
