We’re getting married!

Nick and I met on hinge! I must say, I was intrigued by his only listed interests (agriculture and airplanes) but wasn’t quite sure what I was getting myself into, as of all his pictures, he chose one of him dressed as Joe Dirt. Nonetheless! The date was amazing from the beginning. We went to Mike Hess Brewery and realized we had a lot of shared hobbies (and even some shared friends). Flash forward through the year and we did one of our first trips together to the Columbia River Gorge. I picked out a cute AirBnB that had amazing views of Mt. Hood. Little did I know this would end up being our wedding venue, Gorge Crest Vineyards. :) Nick and I have had a crazy year. We added a ring, moved to Washington, bought a house and made some career shifts but I couldn’t imagine doing it with anyone else by my side. Nicks kindness and patience reminds me to slow down and enjoy the little moments. He’s my favorite person to do the mundane with, my favorite person to take an adventure with and I can’t wait to see where the years will take us. Thank you for celebrating and supporting us! -Cerise There I was, laying on the couch in my underwear after an exhausting flight scrolling through Hinge. I had just moved back to sunny San Diego, the land of milk & honey, and I was looking for my honey. Finally, after what seemed like eons of swiping, I saw her! A photo of a gorgeous brunette at the base of Angel’s Landing, grinning from ear to ear with a beautiful twinkle in her eyes. I immediately began daydreaming of all the fun adventures we could have. Little did I know that I would eventually be embarking on the adventure of a lifetime with this smart, driven, and outdoorsy woman! The only problem…I’d never seen a name like hers and had to google how to actually say Cerise! -Nick
