Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to our venue’s capacity our guest count is limited. If we were able to allot you a guest it will appear on both your save the date and your invitation.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we love your children, our ceremony and reception will be an adult only event!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1st. We’ll send you a formal invitation later this year! If you know for sure you’re in or out feel free to RSVP on our website whenever you would like : )

Will there be parking?

Answer

Parking will be limited to approximately 25 spots for guests. Please plan to use the shuttle (or car pool)!

Where will the shuttle stops be?

Answer

The shuttle will make stops at the Best Western Hood River as well as Full Sail Brewing downtown. Depart: Full Sail Brewing 3:00 PM Depart: Best Western Hodd River 3:05 There is free street parking just west of the brewery and on Wasco St to the north. You can also street park for free near the best western or pay to park at the DMV/ marina lot and walk to either pick up location.

Are there Ubers or Lifts in the area?

Unfortunately, uber/lift and cabs are not reliable in this area.

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Yes! Plan to enjoy the outdoors and the view of Mt. Hood at Gorge Crest Vineyard. The wedding will be handicap accessible and there is a covered area for inclement weather.

Will there be a welcome party?

Answer

Yes! There will be a welcome party at Ferment Brewing the day before the wedding, Friday June 20th from 7-9. Small plates will be provided and there will be a cash bar. Ferment Brewing Company: 403 Portway Ave Hood River, OR.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail wedding attire. Ladies, bear in mind the ceremony/ dinner will be in the grass when choosing shoes. Men, please wear a suit and tie : )

What’s the plan for rain?

Answer

We are hoping to do the ceremony outside and will provide umbrellas. Reception and dancing can be held indoors for inclement weather!
