Please book your international flights into Quito's Mariscal Sucre International Airport (UIO), our recommended arrival airport for the wedding in Baños de Agua Santa and Patate. From Quito, the journey continues by road to Baños. When choosing your flights, allow time for immigration, baggage collection and your onward transfer.
Travel Note
We recommend booking a private transfer in advance for the journey from Quito Airport to your accommodation in Baños de Agua Santa. Allow approximately 3–4 hours for planning purposes, with extra time for traffic, weather and stops. Confirm the expected journey time directly with your driver before travelling. If your flight arrives late at night, consider spending the night near Quito Airport and continuing to Baños the following morning.

Give your arrival day a little extra thought: Baños and the surrounding area offer so much to discover that you may wish to arrive a few days early and make the wedding part of a longer stay. Leave time to settle in, explore and enjoy the area's many activities alongside the celebrations, rather than rushing straight from the airport. Travel Note
Our ceremony and dinner will take place at Samari Spa Resort in Baños de Agua Santa. Afterwards, the celebration moves to Nalanda in Patate for a rave-inspired night of music and dancing, continuing until 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 28. Please keep both locations in mind when planning your stay. Wedding-day transfer details and return arrangements will be shared once confirmed.
Travel Note
With the celebration continuing until 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 28, we encourage you to keep at least Sunday free in Baños to rest and enjoy a slower day before heading home. Given the road journey back to Quito Airport, we recommend beginning your return journey on Monday, March 1 or later. If you need to leave sooner, consider departing Baños on Sunday afternoon, allowing plenty of time for the drive, possible delays and your airline's check-in requirements. Please plan your flight accordingly rather than booking a Sunday morning departure.
