Staying More Then a Few Days? AirBnB is a Great Way to Save
If you are traveling to our wedding and are friends or family of other guest we highly recommend looking at large rental homes to split amongst yourself to save money. Having all the amenities makes visiting so much easier as well.

Exploring outside of Anchorage?
If planning day trips or over nighters out of anchorage it is HIGHLY recommend that you monitor construction traffic on the highways. Alaska only as one road system and if there are delays on the highway 90% of the time there is no quick way around it and you can spend up to 1 to 4+ hours sitting in traffic.

Renting a Car?
Book Early! August is still prime tourist season and things book up! It definitely does not hurt to put your name on a car before you finalize your other plans.
