Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Absolutely! We want to make the day as simple as possible for our guests (plus, more time for socializing, cocktails, and - more importantly - dancing). The ceremony will take place right next to the cocktail hour and reception locations, and all are accessible via concrete pathways.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 PM. Seating begins at 3:00 PM.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love being Auntie Ski and Uncle Paul to your little ones, this is an adult-only affair. We invite you to take the night off and party like it's 2012!

Is there a dress code?

Autumn Garden Chic (Think: Semi-Formal. Cocktail or floor-length dresses with fall colors and prints for women; dress pants, suit jackets, fun ties for men)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Plenty of parking is available in a large lot at the venue, but shuttles will be provided for our guests staying at the hotels who wish to enjoy a few cocktails! Shuttles will depart the hotel at 2:25 PM and 2:40 PM.Please be in the lobby by 2:15 PM. Shuttles will depart the venue at 9:00 PM, 10:00 PM, and 10:15 PM.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Please reference your invitation, which will be labeled with the number of guests we've saved a seat for in your party. While we'd love to welcome all guests, the venue does have limited seating.

Why Darlington, PA?
Answer
We wanted to bring the Colorado feel (where Paul is from) to Pennsylvania (where Ashley is from). Fun fact: all logs that make up the structures on property were sourced and selected from the forests of the Rocky Mountains, a spot the couple loves to explore!

She sure is! Coordinating 500+ weddings over the last decade has given her so much insight and knowledge...to an absolute fault. But I love her for her attention to detail, and thank her for putting together this incredible, unforgettable day! (P.S. - Paul definitely wrote this, not Ashley!)
