It will be a little chilly in the hills (for California) that time of year, so be sure to bring something to keep you warm. The ground is a little uneven, so wear shoes that will be comfortable with the natural surroundings.
The ceremony site is about a five minute drive from the lodge. There is also limited parking at the ceremony site, so if you wanted to pair up and carpool with other guests, you can get to know each other and keep the traffic down.
